Quick note: Go take a CPR class! As a life guard and former CPR instructor I know how easy it is to learn CPR. I also know the benefits. Did you know that the sad reality is that Quebec has one of the lowest number of people who take CPR classes and one of the highest level of deaths due to cardiac arrest that could be prevented if more people were trained in CPR. The classes are cheap and only take a few hours. Take a look at this article for motivation to go get trained!
